quite honest with you coming here and

working with the team and the culture

that they have has been something that’s

really meant a lot to me it truly is a

family here our site leader really works

to try to make sure that everyone here

feels as though they’re valued and that

their contributions to what we do on a

daily basis and the service to our

customers is exactly what they’re

looking for I think the biggest thing

that we have here at Floyd Grand Rapids

is the trust that our customers have in

us that we can solve their problems

we’re going to meet their needs we’re

going to meet their delivery

requirements we’re going to meet their

pricing requirements

they come to us with a problem we solve

something that really sticks out to me

at Boyd is the opportunity to grow

within the company definitely I like

being challenged and a lot of our

clients like to challenge us that makes

us better at what we do that’s one one

great thing about this company

as an engineer Tech I work really close

to our process engineers

estimating department and sales so I’m

very involved with a lot of the programs

coming in my input is asked on a daily

basis to make sure that before a project

gets launched it’s close as good as it’s

going to be before it hits a full

production

something real positive that I feel from

our customers is the feedback they

provide they’re really happy with the

work that that we do we’re really happy

with our response with certain things

carrying a customer say that we did

something good makes me feel good

so I’m truly happy here with Boyd and

I’m looking forward to continuing

growing within the company
